Chapter President's Welcome

Dear ACHCA Connecticut Chapter Members, Colleagues, and Friends,

Thank you for the honor of electing me as President of the Connecticut Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators. It is truly a privilege to serve in this role and to represent such a dedicated and resilient group of professionals.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Patrick Neagle for his outstanding leadership as our Immediate Past President. His dedication and guidance have helped position the Chapter for continued success. I am also deeply grateful to the many colleagues and mentors within the College who have shaped my journey and encouraged my involvement over the years. Their support has been invaluable, and I carry those lessons with me into this role.

I have had the opportunity to serve on the Chapter’s Board for more than ten years, and throughout that time, I have been continually inspired by the commitment, expertise, and collegiality of our members. I am honored to continue serving the nursing home administrators of Connecticut and to build upon the strong foundation that has already been established.

As we look ahead, my goal is to continue growing our Chapter by expanding membership, enhancing the value of our programming, and ensuring we provide meaningful benefits to all members. Equally important, I hope to foster a strong sense of connection and support among colleagues as we navigate an ever-changing and challenging healthcare environment. The strength of this organization has always been rooted in our willingness to share knowledge, support one another, and lead with purpose.

I look forward to working alongside all of you as we continue to advance our mission and support one another in the important work we do every day. Please do not hesitate to reach out, share ideas, or get involved—our Chapter is strongest when we are engaged together.
